Snorkeling

Experience the beauty of the underwater world first hand! Our friendly Pro Dive Taveuni crew will assist you in choosing snorkelling gear and point you in the right direction for an exciting adventure within the crystal clear waters of Paradise. Mask, fins and snorkel are complimentaryduring your stay.

Snorkelling Safari

Another complimentary and very popular activity is our Snorkeling Safari. Our local guides will escort you to the departure point, where you will embark on a voyage of discovery. 1 – 2 hours.Wet suit hire is recommended to protect you from the Fiji sun.

Please note that House Guests are offered complimentary use of mask, snorkel and fins. There is an extra charge for wet suit hire at FJ$20 per day.

Snorkeling from the Boat

Snorkeling from the boat with divers and snorkellers is a fun way to discover the nearby pristine Vuna Reef and the legendary Rainbow Reef.

Snorkeling from the boat with divers is $30 per snorkel trip to Vuna Reef or nearby reefs.

Snorkeling from the boat at Rainbow Reef gives you 2 snorkelling sites. Then enjoy a divers surface interval with refreshments on a beautiful white sand beach on Vanua Levu for just $70 per person.

For private boat snorkelling trips add $40 per person. Please note that snorkelling from the boat is an unguided snorkel trip.

Night Snorkeling

This is an experience not to be missed! Discover the underwater world as the day fish prepare for sleep and nocturnal fish arise. Perhaps you’ll encounter a school of Flashlight Fish – turn off your torch and enjoy nature’s light show around you!

You’ll experience the night snorkeling trip directly off the Paradise Marina. $70 per person includes guide, torch and wet suit.

SCUBA Pool Splash

Have you ever wished to feel what it’s like to breath under water?

Try a SCUBA dive in the safety of the horizon edge swimming pool with our PADI Instructors. If you enjoy the experience, why not sign up for a PADI Open Water Course and learn to dive in Paradise. This is a complimentary activity for our Guests.

Kayaking

Take one of the Resort’s complimentary kayak’s and head north to Dolphin Bay or south to Vuna Reef and discover the beauty of the Taveuni coastline. The waters of Paradise are particularly calm in the morning and perfect for an early morning paddle.

Fish Feeding

Feed the beautiful tropical reef fish that inhabit the surrounding waters. This is a fun and complimentary activity.

FISHING ADVENTURE – Sports Fishing

If you’re keen for a totally rod-wrestling experience, get it on board the Paradise Sports Fishing Boat!

With the top quality fishing rods and a large selection of lures, depart the Resort and begin trolling immediately.

Your captain is an experienced all-weather fisherman with much local knowledge of the waters around Paradise.

There is a large variety of species to be found at varying times of the year. Depending on the season, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, Yellow Fin Tuna, Skip Jack Tuna, Giant Trevally and Barracuda are caught in remarkable quantities.

Our Sports Fishing Boat is available for early morning fishing trips, all day fishing expeditions and private charters.

$130 per hour for 1 -2 Guests. (maximum 2 Guests per trip)

Handline Fishing Trips. 2 hour trip is $50 per person.

BOAT TOUR – Koro Levu Beach Trip

Escape the resort for a fun-filled trip to the white sandy islet of Koro Levu. A 20 minute scenic coastal fast boat trip north sees you arrive at the turquoise waters of Koro Levu. Experience snorkelling, swimming, sunbathing and beachcombing on the small island. Beverages and refreshments are available to charge to your room and we can arrange a picnic lunch for your enjoyment if you are away from the Resort over lunch. Towels and snorkelling gear provided.

4 – 6 hour trip departs daily or on request. FJ$160 per person.

Jet Ski Hire

Experience a Jet Ski thrill ride over the crystal waters of Paradise!

Speed over the calm waters in front of the resort and enjoy a 30 minute thrill ride for FJ$70 per person.

Sport Fishing

If you’re keen for a totally rod-wrestling experience, get it on board the Paradise sport fishing boat! Our fishing charter is fully game rigged with a host of fish friendly features throughout the boat. The Fish Finder, GPS and Marine Radio ensure we know where the big ones are!

There is a large variety of species to be found at varying times of the year. Depending on the season, Marlin, Wahoo, Yellow Fin Tuna, Skip Jack Tuna, Giant Trevally and Barracuda are caught in remarkable quantities. Our sport fishing boat is available for early morning fishing trips, all day fishing expeditions and private fishing charter. Sport fishing tours depart daily from 5.30am and are also available on request and handline fishing tours are also available.

Sport fishing trip is $130 for 2 people per hour. 2 hour handline fishing trip is $50 per person
