Inner Awareness Program
Each day participants will enjoy activites designed to:-
Assist the natural relaxation of the body
Promote inner awareness and harmony
Strengthen and balance the natural energies for the body.
Inner Awareness Counselling:
These sessions will be both group and individual
based. The individual session will be used to guide
participants in evaluating their goals, values
and aspirations. Specific processes will be discussed to
assist participants as they focus on working towards their most significant personal and professional values. Group sessions will be used initially to explain and discuss the retreat program. These sessions will also be used to build a sense of cooperation and support in the group as well as providing a time to share the challenges associated with personal growth and change.
Polarity Therapy:
This is a gentle, deeply relaxing massage/bodywork modality.
More thorough than regular Swedish/remedial style massage it uses specific massage techniques to balance and harmonise the subtle, natural energies that create and maintain our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Polarity therapy incorporates knowledge and understandings from traditional Chinese medicine, the Ayurvedic tradition of India as well as modern therapeutic approaches to health and well being.
Choice Energy Therapy is either Cranio-sacral or Reflexology
Cranio-sacral Therapy:
This gentle, hands-on bodywork therapy
promotes health and relaxation by releasing
tension and energy blockages. Using soothing
contacts, usually around the head, back
and hip areas, cranio-sacral techniques seek
to harmonise and restore our natural state of
equilibrium.
Reflexology:
This ancient healing technique stimulates reflex points on the feet that are connected to other parts of the body. This combination of foot massage and acupressure relaxes the body and hamonises our healing energies.

Fragrant Qi Gong:
Frangrant Qi Gong is one of the oldest,
most popular and powerful styles od Qi Gong.
This form of Qi Gong from the Chinese
Buddhist tradition, is designed to promote
good health by harmonising our natural
body energies. It is a set of 15 simple arm and upper body movements that can be done either sitting or standing. It encourages a light heart and takes only 15 – 20 minutes to perform. Qi Gong is pronounced Chi – gong.
Daily Stretching and toning Excersise:
These movements and postures are used to ensure muscles and joints are relaxed and comfortable, and natual body energies are flowing smoothly.
Daily Reflection and Meditation:
A number of meditation techniques are used to focus and quieten our active minds. Controlled breathing, postural practices and visualization are among the strategies that will be used to support meditive sessions. Sacred Silence will be introduced and honoured for specific periods each day. This is a quite, reflective time encouraging participants to think about their lives, goals and to write in their journal.

Found Paradise & fallen in love
'After 15 trips to Fiji and staying at numerous resorts I found Paradise Taveuni and have fallen in love.
Paradise Taveuni is a fantastic resort where the warm and friendly staff treats you like family.
My room was spotlessly clean, well layed out and the outdoor shower and spa bath were fantastic.
The meals were to die for with a wide range of options available, but for me the highlights were the snorkeling trips I did with Archie and the ‘Fiji night’ with lots of singing, dancing and kava.'

Awesome Paradise Team
'To the Awesome Paradise Team,
There is not enough room to describe how great our holiday has been. We have thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay from the great food & hospitality to the mind blowing snorkeling and island tours. A special thank you to Archie for making our Tavoro waterfall and waterslide experience one we will never forget. We’ve enjoyed making new friends and we can’t get enough of the nightly serenade from the ‘Paradise Band’ and we will never forget our time in Paradise. Can’t wait to come back.'
